Details
Traditional fermentation in concrete underground vats (typical for the Pays Nantais); with controlled temperature for better aroma extraction. Wine that has been aged during 6 to 8 months on its lees before bottling the following Spring.
Tasting: Fabulously fresh with crisp gentle aromas of citrus and green apple balanced with some mineral flavours and a touch of “sparkle” reminds of the nearby Atlantic Ocean. Fruity and refreshing, this is a very good example of a great white wine from The Loire!
Potential Ageing: 2-3 years. Served at: 10-12°C
Food/Wine Matching: Seafood Platter, Moules Marinières, Aperitif
Domaine des Tilleuls is located in the county of La Regrippie're in the heart of the Pays Nantais wine region to the west of the Loire Valley comfortably nestled near the Atlantic Ocean.
