Tasting Notes: Beautiful citrus aromas and wild flowers to the nose followed by a gentle smoothness of almond and buttery notes which gives more roundness and tenderness to the palate.

Potential Ageing: 3-4 years

Food/Wine Matching: Fish with buttery sauce (Beurre Blanc), Cheeses from the Loire

The Domaine des Tilleuls is located in the county of La Regrippie're in the heart of the Pays Nantais wine region to the west of the Loire Valley comfortably nestled near the Atlantic Ocean. The vines are planted on gentle hillsides with a South-Eastern exposure giving a good growing environment to the vines. The soil is mainly made up of silt and clay with good drainage condition.
