  1. Domaine des Tilleuls Fines Perles Des Tilleuls Vin Mousseux de Qualité «méthode traditionnelle»

    Quality Sparkling wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety following the strict rules of the “traditional method”. The wine has been aged on its lees for 6 months in concrete underground vats followed by 9 months ageing in bottles in underground cellars during which the second fermentation occurs in order to express the refined lightness of its delicate bubbles and aromas on the palate.

    Tasting Notes: Delicate aromatic flavours of fresh fruits and floral notes with some almonds and buttery aromas gives a wonderful tasting experience.

    Potential Ageing: 3-4 years.

    Served at: 8-10°C

    An appoggiatura, from the Italian verb appoggiare, meaning to sustain, is a melodic ornament that serves to retard a following note that requires emphasis. Appoggiature is thus the key note Champagne of the Domaine B. Girardin range. It introduces the house style, first in line with its delicately fruity flavours. Aromas of flowers, pears and white peach are conveyed by delicate and gentle bubbles, making this an ideal aperitif drink. The French horn, symbol of this cuvée, was considered, prior to the 18th century, to be the instrument of spells and bewitchments. The Appoggiature cuvée entices us to pursue the melody with the expressive cuvées Rubato, Point d’Orgue and Vibrato.
