SIGHT: Straw, light golden yellow with glints of green, neat and shiny. The movement of the glass allows for abundant leg.
SMELL: Intense and frank, ripe white and yellow stone fruits; citric undertones on a floral background; a minerality that blends in with its aging on lees and an herbal touch.
TASTE: Fresh, ample, dry, unctuous, tasty. Fruit and citric undertones, salty and mineral remembrances, right levels of acidity, oily, well structured and full bodied Very long and persistent.
After fermentation we selected the upper part of the tanks with higher fruit ratios (top quality wine). It was then left aging on fine lees with weekly stirring of the lees in steel tanks for six months and it was further blended with the addition of 15% of the previous vintage (2013) aimed at Frore de Carme (which was left aging on fine lees with monthly stirring of the lees for one year, plus three further months on lees of the harvest of 2014, plus a further three month period maturing in Inox tank). The bottling process was carried out in the Flower days of mid June 2015 (following the biodynamic calendar).
