This is a Muscadet distinguishing itself with its particular fermentation called “malo-lactique” during which the acidity is softened giving the wine more roundness while evolving gracefully on its thin lees for up to 6 to 8 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful citrus aromas and wild flowers to the nose followed by a gentle smoothness of almond and buttery notes which gives more roundness and tenderness to the palate.
Potential Ageing: 3-4 years

The Domaine des Tilleuls is located in the county of La Regrippie're in the heart of the Pays Nantais wine region to the west of the Loire Valley comfortably nestled near the Atlantic Ocean. The vines are planted on gentle hillsides with a South-Eastern exposure giving a good growing environment to the vines. The soil is mainly made up of silt and clay with good drainage condition.
