Details
100% Malbec grapes, from 80 year-old vines located at the foot of Los Andes Mountain Range at 4000 ft. above the sea level in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. Aged for 18 months in second use French oak barrels, which gave this noble wine an extraordinary complexity of both taste and aroma.
On the sight, intense ruby red colour with violet shades. On the nose, black fruits, plums and violets, mixed with subtle aromas of vanilla, liquorice and some spices. On the mouth, excellent structure and body because of its soft and velvety tannins. Final elegant and persistent. Pair well with Roasted red meats, aged cheese stuffed pasta and seasoned dishes. Serving temperature between 16º and 18º C. Recommendable to decant for at least 30 minutes before consumption This wines has a ageing potential of more than 25 years.
