The 6 bottle mixed case contains the following wines: Tempo dopo Tempo, Bianco Tempo and Tempo Ritrovato

Tempo dopo Tempo: A blend of 50% Grieco, 50% Cerreto grapes. This is treated like a red with long maceration (3-4 days) on the skin giving it a dense golden colour, with broom, white peach, khaki and a great whiff of yeasty toast bequeathed by developing on its lees with frequent batonnage. Deceptively simple, it comes out gradually in a crescendo of aromas and sensations which are creamy and persistent.

Bianco Tempo: A blend of 50% Grieco, 50% Cerreto grapes. This white is treated like a red with skin maceration for 7-8 days giving it a dense golden colour. It is aged in old acacia and chestnut wooden barrells. It's deceptively simple, it comes out gradually in a crescendo of aromas and sensations which are creamy and persistent.

Tempo Ritrovato: A blend of 50% Grieco, 50% Cerreto grapes. This white is treated like a red with skin maceration for 12 days giving it a dense golden colour. It is aged in old chestnut and cherry barrells. On the nose the aromas are typical of white wines with long skin maceration; orange peel, cedar, hazelnut, toasted almonds and dried flowers with hints of oregano and spices. In the mouth there is freshness where they feel again the scents of citrus and those of savory minerality.
