A 6 bottle mixed case of the following wines: Rosso del Veronese, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Pario, Rùbeo, Pietrus and Amarone Classico.
Rosso del Veronese: This wine is blend from corvina, rondinella, molinara, sangiovese and a small percentage of teroldego grapes. To produce this unique wine, the grapes were immediately pressed after the harvest. Ruby red coloured tends to garnet, with a intense bouquet and good structure, it combines very well with first courses and meat.
Valpolicella Classico Superiore: Wine made from autochthonous Valpolicella grapes (corvina, rondinella, molinara). To produce this wine is used the traditional technique of Ripasso which consists of a second alcoholic fermentation on Amarone’s marcs. Ruby red coloured, intense bouquet and excellent structure. It combines very well with grilled meat dishes.
Pario: This wine is obtained from corvina, rondinella, molinara and, in very small percentages, croatina. To produce this wine, the clusters are dried on plateaux for a short period, making the wine important, particular, but at the same time of great drinkability. Ruby red coloured, tends to garnet, intense bouquet with hints of mature fruit, well structured and equilibrated. It combines with grilled meats, duck and salami.
Rùbeo: This wine is blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, corvina, rondinella and molinara. During the harvest the clusters are selectioned and dried on plateaux about 60 days. Original wine, a mix between traditional and international, with an intense ruby red colour, spiced bouquet, great structure and elegance. It well combines with red meats and game, excellent with seasoned cheeses.
Pietrus: This original wine, "Pietrus", is a special wine made from 80% Amarone and 20% Recioto and has been created to celebrate my son Pietro’s birth. Wine made from grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. To produce this wine, during the harvest, are carefully selectioned the best clusters and placed them on plateaux where they dry in the fruit cellar about 100/120 days. Extraordinary wine, red garnet coloured, with hints of cherry, blackberry and plum jam and a soft, smooth and extremely balanced taste. This meditation wine is to be enjoyed with bitter dark chocolate. Thanks to its distinguishing features, it also combines very well with red meat and seasoned cheeses.
Amarone Classico della Valpolicella: Wine made from autochthonous Valpolicella grapes (corvina, rondinella, molinara). To produce this wine, during the harvest, are carefully selectioned the best clusters and placed them on plateaux where they dry in the fruit cellar about 100 days. Extraordinary wine, tied to Valpolicella’s traditions, red garnet coloured, with hints of ripe fruit and cherry, rich and settled taste. Combines well with stews and roasts, game and seasoned cheeses.
