La Coartada Grande Escolha: 80% Tempranillo, 15% Alicante Bouschet and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose it reminds of toasted new oak, coffee, toffee and red forest fruits (blackberries and wild strawberries). After swirling the wine’s complexity arise, showing a frank nose, vanilla, sun-dried fruit, mineral and spicy tones. It's ample and gentle, in mouth reveals complex, recalling roast and mineral notes but also underwood and Chinese ink hints. Round, edgeless despite the tannic strength, well balanced acidity that foresees longevity. The aftertaste is long with a gentle hint of sweetness.
Envidiacochina: 100% Albariño. On the nose it's intense and frank, ripe white and yellow stone fruits; citric undertones on a floral background; a minerality that blends in with its aging on lees and an herbal touch. On the palate it's fresh, ample, dry, unctuous, tasty. Fruit and citric undertones, salty and mineral remembrances, right levels of acidity, oily, well structured and full bodied Very long and persistent.
Frore De Carme: 100% Albariño. On the nose it has grass, melon, quince and apple with salty and balsamic notes. Smoky and buttery with a marine touch and a latent and fresh mineral notes. In mouth is dense and full bodied, well balanced in fruit and alcohol, glyceric and with plenty of nuances all supported by a great freshness and minerality, hay, brioche and chalk. Elegant, long and tantalising.
